CMQ Engineering’s bulker bag unloader and auger system is a product that has been designed to make the process of unloading bulk bags much easier and more efficient. The unloader is able to quickly and easily unload bulk bags of various sizes, including those that are of maximum height. The auger system ensures that the contents of the bag are evenly distributed, making it easy to empty and use the contents of a bag without having to worry about spillage or waste.
We manufacture both a 2.4 and a 6-tonne unloader option that are both fitted with a bag splitter. These are ideal for remote locations as there is no requirement for craneage. Being skid mounted and having forklift tyne slot openings in the base allows the unit to be lifted for easy setup. This system can be used to unload a variety of materials, including powders, pellets, flakes, and granules. Our bulk bag discharger can also be custom made in a variety of configurations to meet any specific needs.
